The Team

Partnership International e.V. is represented by a volunteer board, which is elected by the membership for three years. This board coordinates the programs and the association itself.

Our exchange- and visiting programs, which we have been organizing for decades, are supported and carried out by our volunteering members.

In their tasks, they are supported by a team of full-time employees in our offices in Cologne and Berlin. Besides supporting the volunteered staff, the full-time employees are engaged in coordinating and administrative work.

Together, we all – the board, the membership, the volunteers and the full-time employees – work for the association’s goals and aims and doing so, we combine experience and expertise on many different areas. Our work is characterized by the successful and trustful interchange of personal experiences and knowledge among all employees and members.
